These Terms govern access to and use of Tabavo's website and software services. By using Tabavo, an authorized customer agrees to use the service lawfully and in accordance with its subscription or service arrangement.

The service

Tabavo provides software tools for restaurant operations, digital guest experiences, staff workflows, feedback and customer relationship management. Features may evolve as the product is developed and improved.

Accounts and authorization

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, controlling access by their users and ensuring that users are authorized to access restaurant, branch and customer information.

Customer data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit to Tabavo and for having the rights and permissions necessary to process that data. Tabavo processes customer data to provide and support the service.

Third-party integrations

Optional integrations may require authorization with third-party providers. Use of those services remains subject to the provider's own terms, availability and permissions. Tabavo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, use Tabavo for unlawful activity or access information outside their authorized restaurant or branch scope.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, infrastructure or third-party services. We may update features and these Terms as the platform evolves.
